| Paying homage to the Flight 93 heroes in
Shanksville, Pennsylvania

Years have passed since the crash of United Airlines Flight
93 in Shanksville, Pennsylvania on September 11, 2001. It is the sincere wish of the people
worldwide that through our continuous joint efforts, terrorism would be wiped
out and that mankind could live in harmony.
In March 2007, Thin & High members represented the
people of China, ¼ of the world’s population, in paying homage to the heroes of
Flight 93 at the Memorial. We offered a
tribute written in Chinese and a set of insignia as tokens of our sympathy and
respect. The insignia were added to the
temporary memorial wall as shown in the picture above. In November 2011, Thin & High's founder, Bernard Yang, spoke to students of Huaibei University in China's Anhui Province on the circumstances involving the crash of Flight 93. The students' condolences over the incident have become part of the Tribute Collection of the Flight 93 National Memorial. Click here to view the photos.
